The National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP)is an in-school program aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4th – 12th grades. Students learn focusself-controldisciplinepatience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.
NASP® is an activity that doesn’t discriminate based on popularity, athletic skill, gender, size, or academic ability.
It’s a different kind of team sport. It’s open to any student. Its biggest supporters are professional educators. Teams come together around one thing: Archery.
Several children in black shirts practice archery in an indoor arena with wooden floors and large targets set up in the background.
A collection of colorful arrows with fletching in various shades of green, yellow, blue, and red are laid out on a light-colored floor, with a dark line visible in the background.
Three cones holding arrows stand on a polished wooden floor in front of five archery targets, with a white backdrop behind them.
